My background spans a broad mix of gardening, luxury hospitality, and marketing & sales. Working with plants shaped my understanding of seasonality and a deep respect for regional, responsibly grown ingredients. Time spent in luxury hospitality taught me how indulgence, precision, and thoughtful service come together — from organization and hosting to atmosphere and flow. My experience in marketing and sales adds a strategic lens: understanding audiences, shaping narratives, and turning ideas into experiences that resonate. Cooking has always been the thread connecting it all, and here I bring these worlds together in a way that feels considered, generous, and grounded.
